HOW DOES THIS WORK EXACTLY?

It’s quite simple, really. You pay one monthly fee and we design, build, host and maintain a brand-new website for your business. There are no contracts and there are no cancellation fees (yes, we’re convinced you’ll love it that much)!

ARE THERE REALLY NO CONTRACTS?

Absolutely none. Long term contracts are rarely beneficial to anyone, so we’re cutting them out all together. Simply pay for the service for as long as we’re providing value to you. If you ever change your mind, just cancel; it’s that easy.

WHAT'S UP WITH 'DEVELOPMENT HOURS'?

Inevitably you’re going to want some changes made to your site down the road that your plan doesn’t cover – development hours give you discounted access to us so that we can make those changes for you. They can be used for things like: adding new pages to your website or editing current ones, adding or editing images on your site, and so on… you can use them for almost anything!

HOW AM I BILLED?

Your credit card will be charged when we begin building your new website, and then automatically each month thereafter. Nothing fancy or complicated. If you decide at any point that you no longer wish to use our service, simply let us know and we’ll cancel your payments.

ARE THERE ANY HIDDEN COSTS?

Definitely not! However, there are some situations where extra costs may arise as we build your site. Such a case might be if you require a premium plugin for any specific features of your site, such as a booking plugin, or integrations with other third-party services, and other similar cases.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO BUILD MY SITE?

We aim to have each site completed and launched within 30 days or less. However, this can vary depending on readiness of your content, availability by you for communication with us regarding your site, and complexity of other features your site requires.
